Our Story.

DePaso Solutions began on June 23, 2020; however, it was “brewing” for over five years! The idea came to pursuit this dream when we noticed a significant lack of leadership and poor communication within several organizational structured systems. We had an idea to offer services in areas where people suffered the most in their fields. When we spoke to others and listened to their stories about unfair treatment at work and things they wanted most from their jobs but never had the opportunity/chance to receive, we knew we had work to do.

Today, we work daily to harbor great relationships with people in our community and around the world. Currently, we offer services to organizations in higher education, dental, human services, and on an individual needs basis. The work we are doing is helping people by creating lasting and effective change.

The name DePaso is our last name; it is unique, so we thought, Why not? It is Latin, meaning “to pass through.”
